That address reaches us for everything below. We aim to reply within two to three business days. This is a very small operation, so it's occasionally slower than that — but every email does get read.
What to write about
- Something's broken. A button that doesn't work, a page that won't load, a print layout that comes out wrong. Tell us your browser and device if you can — it makes the fix much faster.
- The math looks wrong. We take this seriously. Send the numbers you entered and what you expected, and we'll check it.
- A pay schedule we don't handle. Paid semi-monthly, seasonally, in cash tips, or on some schedule nobody built a calculator for? Tell us how you actually get paid. That's how the weekly, bi-weekly, and commission pages got built.
- Feedback on the wording. If something on the site reads as preachy or condescending, we want to know. That's not the tone we're going for.
- Press, business, or partnership inquiries. Same address — put "business" in the subject line.
- Privacy questions. Also this address. See the privacy policy first; it probably answers it.
Why there's no contact form
A form would mean collecting and storing your name, your email, and whatever you typed. The entire point of this site is that it doesn't collect anything, and we weren't going to make the contact page the exception. Plain email keeps you in control of what you send and who has it.
What we can't help with
We can't give personal financial advice, review your specific budget, or tell you what to do about a debt, a loan, or an investment. BudgetSplyt is an arithmetic tool, not a financial advisor, and we're not licensed to advise you. For that, talk to a qualified professional — a nonprofit credit counselor is a good free starting point if cost is the issue.
We also can't recover your numbers. Nothing you enter is ever saved, so if you closed the tab, it's genuinely gone. Print or save a PDF next time.
Who you're writing to
BudgetSplyt is operated by No Look Solutions LLC, an independent software company based in the United States. More on why the site exists is on the about page.
