What BudgetSplyt does with your numbers
Nothing. When you type your take-home pay and pay schedule into the calculator, that math happens entirely in your own browser. It is never sent to a server, never stored in a database, and never seen by us. Close the tab and it's gone. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to delete later — because nothing was kept in the first place.
Cookies and advertising
BudgetSplyt is supported by advertising, served through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance. We don't control what Google's ad network does with that data — you can review and adjust it directly through Google's Ads Settings, and opt out of personalized advertising industry-wide via the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Analytics
We may use basic, aggregated site-analytics tools (for example, to see how many people visit and which pages they land on) that rely on standard web-server logs or privacy-respecting analytics cookies. These tell us about traffic patterns in general — not about you individually.
Children's privacy
BudgetSplyt is a general-audience financial tool not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if we add a feature that does store data — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
